After trying to get my Camry serviced for the same issue I’ve expressed since purchasing the vehicle almost 11 months ago. I made an appointment and then requested to speak with a service advisor. After being transferred and disconnected twice, I cancelled the appointment and so glad I did. Took my vehicle to another dealership and the service performed was outstanding! Finally got my brakes repaired correctly and the vehicle feels like a new vehicle! I will never recommend or purchase another vehicle from Mike Calvert Toyota.
