Just got played by this dealership. They have a car posted on their website for what seems like a great deal. Of course it seems too good, but I expect to pay more than they're showin They have a car posted on their website for what seems like a great deal. However, spoke with them yesterday, gave them the stock number, they 'checked GPS' on it and said the car is indeed inbound, gave me the color of the interior and exterior (white and black), and asked when I could come by. Said they'd send me the spec sheet. Today I call back, they send me the spec sheet for a completely different car (same car, completely different colors) about 13k more than the car what they showed for the one on the website, and said, ohhh, well we don't actually have that car and it's not coming, but we can get this one and here's our 5k markup on it, along with no discount as was shown on the other car. They never had, nor were they ever going to get, the other car and they never intended to sell it for their listed price. All a complete ruse. SO THEN, the third day I submit an info request through CarGurus. They call me and say, the car IS ON THE LOT. Then say, oh, but it's green... Save your time. Nothing but lies from this dealership.
