Went to go get a service done on my vehicle. Quoted one price but when I dropped the vehicle off, it changed to 1500 more in price. On top of them not fixing warranty related issues stating it Quoted one price but when I dropped the vehicle off, it changed to 1500 more in price. On top of them not fixing warranty related issues stating it’s because of “outside factors” but no one could explain what outside factors meant. I would avoid. While there, I personally heard 3 people complaining about the service there. The business itself is not trustworthy. The employees were great. More

Customer service, service department and all the people I spoke with during that day that started contacting Calvert Mike dealership, they were so helpful and very respectful, I even dropped off my daughters spoke with during that day that started contacting Calvert Mike dealership, they were so helpful and very respectful, I even dropped off my daughters car after hours, and they were able to locate the car quickly, I had 0740 appointment that day, and when I arrived at that location my car was already in mechanic shop, diagnosing the problem, in short Calvert Mike Toyota, took all the issues of the car, they towed the car dropped off, and replaced the battery with warranty coverage with Zero balance, Thanks for all your time in helping and took care all issues with no questions asked..
