However, their size also makes communication inefficient and I hear their service dept is lacking, likely due to the volume of vehicles. I myself purchased a CPO vehicle and I had to strongly request a CPO item be fulfilled before they would be bothered to work with me and fix the issue. This left a bad taste in my mouth, while it was eventually fixed this situation would never have occurred without a detailed look at the checklist items. A good dealership but lacks attention to detail and consideration that many other dealerships may provide you. More
