If I was buying a new car or truck I would talk to Becky which I maybe doing before the year ends .If I need service I will talk to Service writer Mark I was very happy with the results last time. I purchased a 2024 Chevy Traverse. It had a steering wheel issue. 3 times. 3 Timeses in the shop. One week each time without a 2nd vehichile that is 100 percent necessary. AND it It had a steering wheel issue. 3 times. 3 Timeses in the shop. One week each time without a 2nd vehichile that is 100 percent necessary. AND it is not fixed. ? Can NOT get a hold of GM? What"s next? I am really dissatisfied with my Chevy and Your company in general. More
People are friendly, Saturday service is fast, Mechanics are the worst. this has happened almost every time i have had my oil changed at Mike Bell Chevy. I get my truck back and there is oily hand prints al are the worst. this has happened almost every time i have had my oil changed at Mike Bell Chevy. I get my truck back and there is oily hand prints all over the left front fender, middle of hood and drivers door handle. nothing xxxx me off more than some body not respecting cleanliness. i have brought to the attention of service mrg. they have even given me a free oil change once they saw this. it hasn't changed in two years. at least the quickly oil change places use rags to wipe off hand prints. they have a clean rag in there hands all the time. COME ON MIKE BELL More
