Service experience sucked! Bought a used car, still under manufacturer warranty. Drove the car to KC and back and lost A/C both ways. Brought the car in and was told there was nothing they can do because they can't duplicate the problem. A quick qoogle search clearly defines the problems in Optimas between 2011-2014. Nobody is willing to help resolve the issue. Never buying a Kia or coming here again! More
