Recall fix and oil change KIA called me about 2 recalls for my car and also offered to schedule an oil change. I loved how the service department called me about the recalls b KIA called me about 2 recalls for my car and also offered to schedule an oil change. I loved how the service department called me about the recalls before they had even been posted to the KIA website...wow what service!!! I dropped off my car and a couple hours later one of the recalls and the oil change were completed. The second recall, the service department didn’t have the parts for...found that strange that they would schedule it to be fixed without having the parts in. The only (minor) part that I was dissatisfied in was that when I bought my car they said they would vacuum the car out each time it came in for work; however, this is the second time my car hasn’t been vacuumed out. I said something to my service tech and he personally to my car and cleaned it out which was nice. I would definitely use this service department again and again...very friendly staff! More

Excellent customer service from Nathan M. I dropped my SUV in the morning and it was done at the promised time. He also arranged the shuttle for me to go home and backed for from Nathan M. Job well done on alignment, fuel injection clean, tire rotation, oil change & car wash. As far as detailing done inside the vehicle, I gave an average due to not meeting my expectations.
