He was certainly focused on selling me a vehicle, but he wasn't in my face & pushy like the Hutch and Wichita Toyota dealers I was dealing with at the same time. While I wanted a Tundra more than a Silverado, and it was arguably a better deal, one of the main reasons I chose the Silverado was because of Christian. I'm an executive in the customer service / customer relationship management space, so I know how much relationships matter to any kind of sale. Clearly, Christian does as well & the service he provided certainly reflects well on Midway Motors. More
