Service Scam!!! Took my Ford F-150 to Midway ford. I was having issues with my parking shifter. Overall it took about 3 days to fix cause the first 2 days they had no Took my Ford F-150 to Midway ford. I was having issues with my parking shifter. Overall it took about 3 days to fix cause the first 2 days they had no idea what was wrong. They finally got it fixed. When I got home I noticed that the Shifter they put in was not the correct one and I was missing my phone charger which I took pictures of before taking it there. I also noticed that my drivers seat leather was cut on the side & front dash was dirty with grease as well as center console. I called dealer to let them know and they told me to bring it in. So I took it in and was told that they were going to investigate. Then later on in the week I receive a call from the Service Manager Fernando Valdes. He claims that he had a leather specialist look at the cut and they had determine that they didn't do it, it was there from before. Like how many people take the car to a dealer with defects so you can get then to fix it. If it would of been there I wouldn't of complained IDIOTS!!! That's the biggest SCAM IN THE BOOK. Service Manager Fernando Valdes Has no explanation as to why my iPhone cable charger was stolen other that he can pay for it if I have a receipt.(No concern what so ever) As to the shifter they ordered the correct one for me and would like for me to go back for installation. Lol... DONT TAKE YOUR VECHICLE HERE MIDWAY FORD IS A SCAM!!!!!! More
Took my new Focus in for an oil change. They were very friendly was out in less than an hour on Sunday. I have 4(four) Ford cars. Service is unsatisfactory, incomplete, and they say problem fixed and did not do the work. Oil was changed and filter was not screwed on, what a mess, oil everywhere on brand n incomplete, and they say problem fixed and did not do the work. Oil was changed and filter was not screwed on, what a mess, oil everywhere on brand new Transit 2012, Ford Explorer 2012 transmission problem, they had the car for a week and found no problem. Tried taking car back a few months later and service has been refused. They will not service any more cars and said take my business elsewhere because I complain too much. More
I own 2 Fords, Explorer and Escape, and every time I need service, I have to drive somewhere else. Waiting time is above 2 hours wait and you can easily expend the whole day. There is no Supervisor that ca service, I have to drive somewhere else. Waiting time is above 2 hours wait and you can easily expend the whole day. There is no Supervisor that cares and much less a Manager. It is really a disgrace for Ford Motor Company to have a dealer like this. Just to make a simple oil change, you cannot make an appointment, you have to wait on line God's know how long. Even Tire Kingdom give you a set appointment More
I am very satisfied with the service at Midway Ford. I was there because my wallet and car keys had been stolen the day before and I needed a replacement key. Needless to say I was very stressed, but the was there because my wallet and car keys had been stolen the day before and I needed a replacement key. Needless to say I was very stressed, but the people at Midway were incredibly helpful and understanding. They were able to make a replacement key in under 30 minutes. I would especially like to the supervisor, Mike Martin, for going the extra mile to take care of the issues that came up. If you are looking for friendly, quick service from people who truly care about their customers, I would highly recommend Midway Ford. More
Tried to lease a Fiesta there recently. They insisted in gap insurance, which would have added $700+ to inception costs. Told us that the leasing company had to have this insurance. All the other dealers w gap insurance, which would have added $700+ to inception costs. Told us that the leasing company had to have this insurance. All the other dealers we checked with did not require gap or wear/care insurance It was simply an attempt to grab additional revenues by adding an unnecessary chargeto the price. Beware any scams like this, and shop around for comparable quotes before dealing here. More
