They are really sleazy Called this dealer. They said they have the exact car I was looking for and to come to the dealership. They even said they could beat the price I had Called this dealer. Got the the dealership and they made me wait over 30 minutes. Then they said the car I wanted was sold to another buyer. I said why didn't you call me and let me know. They did not have an answer. I walked out, and bought my car at another place. Also the dealership is dirty and grungy. Suggest you avoid this place it really is sleazy. More

AFTER BUY DO NOT TAKE FOR SERVICE HERE This dealer will destroy your car service after service and FORD Co won't do anything. 1st visit warranty issue due condensation on rear lights, they This dealer will destroy your car service after service and FORD Co won't do anything. 1st visit warranty issue due condensation on rear lights, they fight to replace the part at the end they did it but they scratch the paint and lost a clip of the inside trim panel. 2nd visit a simple oil change they spill oil in the engine cover and did not clean it and lost 2 screws and one clip from the lower engine cover, 3rd visit due warranty issue (transmission cooler) they scratch the pain in the front bumper, hood latch did not work, hood is misaligned, missing clap in radiator hose. I fought for a month with them and they never fix the paint issue. Also you have to fight very hard to get a loaner. More

I could not be happier! I am a longtime Ford owner. Everything from Mustangs to Explorers. The Explorers are used for my business and without them working reliably, I am not in business. Just got done with my latest Midway Ford Experience and once again they proved to me why I trust them. Professional employees top to bottom. Service Consulant Rey Piedra is a perfect example of a Midway Ford employee. He bent over backwards to keep my latest Explorer not only running...but running for the long term. Not some quick fix where I would save a few pennies then end up stuck on the side of the road. Yes there are scam dealerships in this world but Midway Ford is not one of them. I had serious issues with my last Ford. A 2009 Ford Explorer. Midway Ford did some major work to bring it back into shape and they charged a very fair price. I, like many, live within a budget and I hate to spend money if I don't have to. Rey Piedra made sure they did all they could within my budget...and then some! I have been, and will continue to be, a loyal customer to Midway Ford. They have proven to me time and time again they really care about customers. More
Great Experience! I am new to the area and was in need of a new car. I was recommended to Midway Ford and more specifically, to work with Ralph Duran. My boyfriend who I am new to the area and was in need of a new car. I was recommended to Midway Ford and more specifically, to work with Ralph Duran. My boyfriend who had recently purchased a Ford is extremely happy with his, so I was open to the idea. Buying a car in the past has been a bit of an uneasy task. To my pleasant surprise I was greeted quickly, spoken to respectfully and 90% of my anxiety disappeared. My needs and wants of a vehicle were also respected and I did not feel pressure to look at unrealistic options. With that said, ALL the possible vehicles within my specifics were presented for comparison. I originally did not think a brand new car was in my scope, however, I WAS told that was a possibility. (Expectations exceeded instantly!!) The gentleman I worked with – Ralph Duran was professional and totally on point with how the car buying experience should be. He is/was accommodating, honest, attentive, respectful of my time, concerned about the consumer and overall incredibly pleasant to do business with. Because of Ralph's knowledge of the Ford fleet, together we found the best option in a brief amount of time. Not only did I leave there with a car, but a BRAND NEW ONE! I feel he did everything he could to help find the car best for me but also worked to make my payments doable and gave me a piece of mind with my purchase. I didn’t expect Ralph to work any miracles, however he came about as close as anyone could! Thank you Ralph and Midway Ford! More
Service Scam!!! Took my Ford F-150 to Midway ford. I was having issues with my parking shifter. Overall it took about 3 days to fix cause the first 2 days they had no Took my Ford F-150 to Midway ford. I was having issues with my parking shifter. Overall it took about 3 days to fix cause the first 2 days they had no idea what was wrong. They finally got it fixed. When I got home I noticed that the Shifter they put in was not the correct one and I was missing my phone charger which I took pictures of before taking it there. I also noticed that my drivers seat leather was cut on the side & front dash was dirty with grease as well as center console. I called dealer to let them know and they told me to bring it in. So I took it in and was told that they were going to investigate. Then later on in the week I receive a call from the Service Manager Fernando Valdes. He claims that he had a leather specialist look at the cut and they had determine that they didn't do it, it was there from before. Like how many people take the car to a dealer with defects so you can get then to fix it. If it would of been there I wouldn't of complained IDIOTS!!! That's the biggest SCAM IN THE BOOK. Service Manager Fernando Valdes Has no explanation as to why my iPhone cable charger was stolen other that he can pay for it if I have a receipt.(No concern what so ever) As to the shifter they ordered the correct one for me and would like for me to go back for installation. Lol... DONT TAKE YOUR VECHICLE HERE MIDWAY FORD IS A SCAM!!!!!! More
Took my new Focus in for an oil change. They were very friendly was out in less than an hour on Sunday. I have 4(four) Ford cars. Service is unsatisfactory, incomplete, and they say problem fixed and did not do the work. Oil was changed and filter was not screwed on, what a mess, oil everywhere on brand n incomplete, and they say problem fixed and did not do the work. Oil was changed and filter was not screwed on, what a mess, oil everywhere on brand new Transit 2012, Ford Explorer 2012 transmission problem, they had the car for a week and found no problem. Tried taking car back a few months later and service has been refused. They will not service any more cars and said take my business elsewhere because I complain too much. More
I own 2 Fords, Explorer and Escape, and every time I need service, I have to drive somewhere else. Waiting time is above 2 hours wait and you can easily expend the whole day. Just to make a simple oil change, you cannot make an appointment, you have to wait on line God's know how long. Even Tire Kingdom give you a set appointment More
