I just wanted to say that if it was not for Mr. Keith Darden our saleman at Midway we would have walked away. We Purchased a 2012 Camaro and are very happy with our car. How ever i want to mention that Darden our saleman at Midway we would have walked away. We Purchased a 2012 Camaro and are very happy with our car. How ever i want to mention that Mr. Steve Khouri the new car director quoted me a price over the phone with dealer add-ons to justfy a price hike witch was a lot to us. When we arrived at the dealership all the said mentiond dealer add-ons were not on the vehical so we said that we did not want them and did not want to pay for them. A price reduction i thought was in order. Instead Steve took the liberity and delight in telling me that if i did not like the price quoted i could leave the dealership. He spoke to me and my husband in a challenged mannor and exhibited bullying behavior. I do not think that it is customer friendly to intimadate a customer into buying a new car. Personally i think that is bad for any business! So i want to respectfully say that if you must buy at Midway Chevrolet please request Mr. Keith Darden as your salesman as he exhibits customer respect. More
I was dreading the entire process of buying car,but my experience with Roscoe Gist made it somewhat enjoyable... Great experience and I really felt as if Mr.Gist was pulling for me to get my car.. In the experience with Roscoe Gist made it somewhat enjoyable... Great experience and I really felt as if Mr.Gist was pulling for me to get my car.. In the end I got my car and my payment was $10.00 less than I planned for.. I would absolutely return and buy another car from Midway Chev provided Mr. Gist would be my salesman. More
I was not pleased at all with my recent visit to Midway. I have been a "sitting duck" for 6 days for a final price. I was not sure of the exact amount I grossed on my paycheck and was told to put an amount I have been a "sitting duck" for 6 days for a final price. I was not sure of the exact amount I grossed on my paycheck and was told to put an amount which after reviewing paystubs was quite a difference. When I told the finance dept. I was going to have to bring the car back I was told there was no one with authority to take the car back. I was transferred so many times to so many people. I am literally sick over this experience! Do noyt purchase a car from these dishonest crooks! I can only hope this review will help someone. More
A couple of months ago i called midway chevrolet about warranty on my 07 chevrolet equinox. The engine needed work, since it was coverend under the powerterrain warranty i took it in. I dealt with Cole. warranty on my 07 chevrolet equinox. The engine needed work, since it was coverend under the powerterrain warranty i took it in. I dealt with Cole. My experience here aside from the work getting done at no cost, was not very positive. I waited more than a week for them to work on head gaskets, they did provide me with a rental, but i felt he lied about a few things. I had a file number already with GM about being reimbursed for a $600 towing fee since my car broke down while i was out town. GM agreed to reimburse, but when i spoke to cole he gave me a list of things my car needed to be serviced about. Such as flushing coolants or what not, even though i checked with my mechanic and he said my vehicle was way under the mileage for that kind of work. Well not only did cole "suggested" my car had the work done, he also told me that GM wouldnt reimburse me if i didnt do business with them for these repairs. I called GM and of course they had already processed my check and had sent it. When i confronted this guy he explained he didnt get paid off of warranty work but on extra work that i paid out of pocket. I was very upset and then he proceeded to ask me to not trash him when i receive the survey about my experience with midway chevrolet because if he didnt get a 100% satisfaction review, he would take a 10% paycut for three months. I felt bad for the guy, had i fallen for his crap i would have reported him but i just felt bad for him. When i came home i told my husband, he was extremely upset and threatened to report the guy but never followed through. Anyway, i took my car back into service at midway yesterday with fuel pump issues. Again covered under warranty, i left my car there over night. This time i spoke to daniel, he helped through the process. My car was done quickly and didnt need a rental. I cant say im dissatisfied with the work yet since i havent driven my car for more than 4 miles. We'll see if its completely fixed. My issue this time is that my car is scratched all over. Sure it was dusty when i took it in, but now i have a very noticeable scratch on the hood and a ridiculous amount of tiny scratched all around. Well they washed my car, which i wasnt asked if i wanted it washed. The scratches go in a circular motion assuming they hand dried it or whatever they do. I called daniel and believe me i was extremely upset, he advices i bring it in tomorrow. I will take it there tomorrow but i explained that if i show up tomorrow and if anyone says there is nothing they can do and they arent responsible things will get ugly. Ive already talked to GM since they are very good about checking how everything is going. I explained to them all of the above and they promised to stay informed and stay with me through this claim. So we will see tomorrow what Midway Chevrolet is going to do about my scratched vehicle. More
I would not recommend this dealership. Like many car dealers, these guys are not honest. They'll tell you anything to sell you a car. They screwed me over, promising to give me a $1,000 gift card, but n dealers, these guys are not honest. They'll tell you anything to sell you a car. They screwed me over, promising to give me a $1,000 gift card, but never sent it out and didn't tell me of the matter until forty-nine days after the fact when I had been relying on this source of income, all the while being assured by the Manager that "it's on it's way".... Liars! They didn't return my phone calls, very unprofessional service after the deal. I am not happy with Midway Chevy, and would suggest you shop somewhere else if you don't wont to be lied to. More
We had a horrible experience with this dealership. We waited around for hours, and were run through the hoops regarding the information in which was needed, information was given and then they came back waited around for hours, and were run through the hoops regarding the information in which was needed, information was given and then they came back and needed more, I have never had just a horrible experience buying a car and will never return to this dealership again. It was horrible and I will never recommend anyone to go here unless you want to have your car taken back the day after you bought it because they messed up and didnt even care!!!!!! More
Midway Chevrolet Phoenix - !!! BEWARE !!! After I Midway Chevrolet Phoenix - !!! BEWARE !!! After I agreed about the price with Midway Chevy over the email I went down to the dealership to close th Midway Chevrolet Phoenix - !!! BEWARE !!! After I agreed about the price with Midway Chevy over the email I went down to the dealership to close the deal....yeh, right...I was dreaming. Some details about the car: 2004 Honda Pilot EX-L Ext. Color - Sandstone Mileage - 105,292 Stock Number - P13645 Vin - 2HKYF18534H525845 Model Code - YF1854ENW I drove tested the car only to find that the VTM-4 All Wheel Drive (4x4 System) doesn't work ($2000 to fix according to Midway Chevrolet), Cruise Control dead/not responding, Sun/Moon Roof not closing, Rear AC Vents broken...etc. Roland Rodriguez hasn't to much of saying in this whole story since I was passed quickly to Steffen, a high pressure sales ''manager''. While Roland was quite nice and helpful I cant say the same about Steffen who ignored completely the deal I was promise already by trying to bring me back to the sticker price. Suddenly the price jumped from $9000 out of the door (OTD) to $11000 + Tax and Fees and All Wheels Drive system was my responsibility to fix...overall $15000 for a car that supposed to cost $9k OTD. For anyone with an IQ bigger than shoe size it's just an insult specially when you know that I have better or similar offers from a private party or other dealers. According to Roland Rodriguez and his manager Steffen my offer was good enough for them initially...or at least that's what they said in the email: The 9k offer is reasonable enough to make it happen. Not so much. More
I did an online search for cars and selected the Chevy Malibu and Chrysler 200 as cars I wanted to compare to purchase. The internet price at Midway Chevrolet was $18,265. Supervisor Steve told me over Malibu and Chrysler 200 as cars I wanted to compare to purchase. The internet price at Midway Chevrolet was $18,265. Supervisor Steve told me over the phone that if I brought in the "secret code" of C666309, I would receive another $500 off. For three days, they told me they would honor that price. Titus, Justin, and Kevin told me to find out how much the Chrysler 200 would cost and bring that price to them. They said they could match or beat the price. I knew that wouldn't be true, as the new Chrysler was a 2011 model and the Malibu was a 2012. I didn't expect them to match the Chrysler price of $16,240, but wanted to see what they would offer to sell the Malibu for. I told Titus the cost of the Chrysler 200 and he came back to me with a price of $17,500 for the Malibu. I said I would buy it. He called me back ten minutes later to say that they would "honor the price," but that there would be an extra $1800 added to the price for ad ons. I had never heard of that before and I told him that they NEVER mentioned that to me in the three days I worked with them. He said he would have the manager call me back to go over the numbers. The manager never called me. I went to the Chrysler dealership the next day and bought the Chrysler. I received an email from General Manager John Vance at Midway Chevrolet on January 1, inviting me to personally call him if I had any questions or comments about the deal. I called on January 3, but the secretary said he was busy and would call me back. I left my name and phone number and he never called me back. I feel they are unethical with their advertising at best and unlawful at worst. More
