We had a horrible experience with this dealership. We waited around for hours, and were run through the hoops regarding the information in which was needed, information was given and then they came back waited around for hours, and were run through the hoops regarding the information in which was needed, information was given and then they came back and needed more, I have never had just a horrible experience buying a car and will never return to this dealership again. It was horrible and I will never recommend anyone to go here unless you want to have your car taken back the day after you bought it because they messed up and didnt even care!!!!!! More
Midway Chevrolet Phoenix - !!! BEWARE !!! After I Midway Chevrolet Phoenix - !!! BEWARE !!! After I agreed about the price with Midway Chevy over the email I went down to the dealership to close th Midway Chevrolet Phoenix - !!! BEWARE !!! After I agreed about the price with Midway Chevy over the email I went down to the dealership to close the deal....yeh, right...I was dreaming. Some details about the car: 2004 Honda Pilot EX-L Ext. Color - Sandstone Mileage - 105,292 Stock Number - P13645 Vin - 2HKYF18534H525845 Model Code - YF1854ENW I drove tested the car only to find that the VTM-4 All Wheel Drive (4x4 System) doesn't work ($2000 to fix according to Midway Chevrolet), Cruise Control dead/not responding, Sun/Moon Roof not closing, Rear AC Vents broken...etc. Roland Rodriguez hasn't to much of saying in this whole story since I was passed quickly to Steffen, a high pressure sales ''manager''. While Roland was quite nice and helpful I cant say the same about Steffen who ignored completely the deal I was promise already by trying to bring me back to the sticker price. Suddenly the price jumped from $9000 out of the door (OTD) to $11000 + Tax and Fees and All Wheels Drive system was my responsibility to fix...overall $15000 for a car that supposed to cost $9k OTD. For anyone with an IQ bigger than shoe size it's just an insult specially when you know that I have better or similar offers from a private party or other dealers. According to Roland Rodriguez and his manager Steffen my offer was good enough for them initially...or at least that's what they said in the email: The 9k offer is reasonable enough to make it happen. Not so much. More
I did an online search for cars and selected the Chevy Malibu and Chrysler 200 as cars I wanted to compare to purchase. The internet price at Midway Chevrolet was $18,265. Supervisor Steve told me over Malibu and Chrysler 200 as cars I wanted to compare to purchase. The internet price at Midway Chevrolet was $18,265. Supervisor Steve told me over the phone that if I brought in the "secret code" of C666309, I would receive another $500 off. For three days, they told me they would honor that price. Titus, Justin, and Kevin told me to find out how much the Chrysler 200 would cost and bring that price to them. They said they could match or beat the price. I knew that wouldn't be true, as the new Chrysler was a 2011 model and the Malibu was a 2012. I didn't expect them to match the Chrysler price of $16,240, but wanted to see what they would offer to sell the Malibu for. I told Titus the cost of the Chrysler 200 and he came back to me with a price of $17,500 for the Malibu. I said I would buy it. He called me back ten minutes later to say that they would "honor the price," but that there would be an extra $1800 added to the price for ad ons. I had never heard of that before and I told him that they NEVER mentioned that to me in the three days I worked with them. He said he would have the manager call me back to go over the numbers. The manager never called me. I went to the Chrysler dealership the next day and bought the Chrysler. I received an email from General Manager John Vance at Midway Chevrolet on January 1, inviting me to personally call him if I had any questions or comments about the deal. I called on January 3, but the secretary said he was busy and would call me back. I left my name and phone number and he never called me back. I feel they are unethical with their advertising at best and unlawful at worst. More
They promise one thing and do another worst car buying experience ever! Tell you they will do this and that then once they get u into a vehicle the promise they made to you go right out the window.. for e experience ever! Tell you they will do this and that then once they get u into a vehicle the promise they made to you go right out the window.. for example i purchased a 2011 camaro i wanted a 6 speed the only one they had was the one with 18" wheels i stated that i would like the 20" wheels my sales rep told me i can take care of that also possibly leather neither of the 2 got done the leather wasnt a big deal but the wheels were i wish i wouldnt have taken the car and took my business elsewhere.. Midway chevy = crooks and liars dont buy from this dealer keep in mind i have over a 800 credit score and they still wouldnt do it my sales rep stated for another 2000 u can get them hahaha ya right i will buy aftermarket before i give you guys another dime... I am not having any service done to my vehicle there either for the fact they will probably lie about different things as well.. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!! I have purchased 12+ cars in my day and have never seen such unorganized, rude and shady people in my life. I had to make 5 visits to this dealership just to finsh the deal. They ke day and have never seen such unorganized, rude and shady people in my life. I had to make 5 visits to this dealership just to finsh the deal. They kept calling me back and saying the interest rate had gone up or something else happened so my payment kept going up. This is all after I already had the car!! It was extemely messed up. Before I went through with buying the car, I wanted it tinted and newer tires since the ones on the car were very used. They said "oh yeah no problem!". It literally took me 3 months, 50+ phone calls and hours of time to get this achieved and it took 2 separate visits! They did the tires but then said they had to get the tint approved and it never happened. So more calling over the next few weeks and I finally got someone to ok the tint. It was a horrible experience and the biggest car buying disaster I have ever seen or heard about. BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
I will never, ever, ever go to Midway Chevrolet again. I took my car there for a recall service over a year ago because they were the closest dealership to my home. They are STILL calling me asking me to tr took my car there for a recall service over a year ago because they were the closest dealership to my home. They are STILL calling me asking me to trade-in my car despite being told numerous times that I am not interested and to remove me from all of their listings. I get a call or email at least once a week. Once they tried to say that I submitted a request for information on a Camaro. I'm a college student that can barely even afford my Cobalt.. I think a Camaro is just a bit outside of my price range. Horrible customer service. I will never return here again for anything. More
Working with Fabian was great, he stayed with us throughtout the entire process and treated me with dinity and respect. He worked really hard so that we got the vehicle that we wanted, I wished ther throughtout the entire process and treated me with dinity and respect. He worked really hard so that we got the vehicle that we wanted, I wished there were more salesmen like him out there. Jeremy was also very good and very friendly. More
Two weeks after purchasing a chevy malibu from midway chev i received a phone call telling me i needed to sign some more papers- when i went to sign and asked what i was signing- i was informed that this chev i received a phone call telling me i needed to sign some more papers- when i went to sign and asked what i was signing- i was informed that this should of been explained to me on the phone, which it never was. I was then told to look over the papers and compare them to the ones i had at home so see what the differences were. when i did this i realized that the interest rate had went up signifcantly- i then decided that i no longer wanted the vehicle due to this finding. I realize that my credits not the best, but feel like this should of been explained to me. And why wait 2 weeks after i had the car? Well when i went to return the vehicle i was asked what happened- i explained this to Flavio- my salesman and he understood. He stated that the way they did this to me wasnt right and i agreed. As we were wrapping up- one of the finance workers, Jerry was his name came into the office and asked us what was going on (why we were returning the car) i explained that the interest was way to high and so on. Jerry told my fiance and i that he wasnt sure where we got out math skills from- basically implying that we didnt know what we were talking about. My fiance told him that only and idiot would take this deal and Jerry replied to us that maybe "we were fucken idiots" At this point i was shocked that he would say this to us, not to mention there were several other customers that could clearly hear him insulting us. I am appauled that this employee would think that this behavior is acceptable towards any customer of midway chev. I have never in my life experienced anything like this. I work with people everyday (in healthcare) and i dont care how stupid i thought a patient was being i would NEVER raise my voice at them, cuss, or insult them for any reason. This is completely unacceptable!! I was very happy in the beginning with my experience at midway and told everyone but unfortunately i had to change my story and let people know about how i was treated that night at midway instead. I hope that this particular employee doesnt have the chance to treat customers like this again. This was a horrible and shocking experience that we will never forget. More
