I was aproched by your knowledgable staff, they were friendly, and willing to help me find the car I was looking for. They tried hard to get the payments to meet my goal. When I purchased my Buick, it was not new. I immediately brought it to Midway to have a check-up. I have continued bringing it to Midway ever since. When I recently had an accident, my first thought on repa brought it to Midway to have a check-up. I have continued bringing it to Midway ever since. When I recently had an accident, my first thought on repairs was Midway. They have been excellent in keeping my car running well. When I called the Collision Center, they set me up with an immediate appointment to estimate the damage. When I needed to wait a bit (the accident was just before Christmas) before bringing the car in for the repair, they didn't even hesitate. My car was at the Collision Center for 2 weeks, and came back to me looking beautiful. In addition, Roz (my service rep) gave me a quote on some minor non-collision damage I wanted to have repaired. She even told me if I gave her a couple days warning, to have the parts ordered, she could have it repaired while I waited, sparing me having to obtain a rental car. Now that's what I call service. They did an excellent job, and I would recommend them to anyone! More
I had been shopping around for a new Impala and I had seen that Midway had one in stock that had everything I was looking for. Hector greeted my wife and I as soon as we arrived and was very polite and seen that Midway had one in stock that had everything I was looking for. Hector greeted my wife and I as soon as we arrived and was very polite and personable. He located the vehicle immediately and went over everything with us, even following up with us a few days after our purchase to let us know he missed going over one small feature, A+. When we returned a few days later to purchase it, Hector had our car clean and ready, waiting for us right at the entrance. Negotiations went fairly smooth and I left that night with my new Impala and couldn't be happier. More
Mike was really helpful in identifying possible matches for the type of vehicle that I was interested in. I went over to the lot a few times to take a look around, and checked online. I was glad to "buy Am for the type of vehicle that I was interested in. I went over to the lot a few times to take a look around, and checked online. I was glad to "buy American," and support a local business. It was nice that there was a good selection of quality vehicles. When I was finally ready to buy, I found the car that was just right for me, and took a little test drive to make sure!! Mike was great to clean it up and fill it with gas, put on my temporary tag, and I was on my way in a few hours. Thanks Midway! More
I went to this dealership since they had a sale going on which had come out on a t.v. commercial. The moment I went in off course everybody was very friendly. I was received by Isreal whom was the friendl which had come out on a t.v. commercial. The moment I went in off course everybody was very friendly. I was received by Isreal whom was the friendliest of all the people i dealt with afterwards. He got all my information and handed it to finance which was Paul. He wrote up the contract and 16 days later calls me up to let know that i didn't qualify for my loan and that i needed to find in other words someone else to co-sign with me after I clearly asked if everything was ok before that and they had answered yes. It very difficult because i clearly by now wasn't qualifying as they thought originally. They ran my credit approximately 10 time along with my sons. They asked if i had anyone else that could co sign for me and i said yes. Maybe I should have walked away but at that time i trusted what they were doing keep in mind I don't know much about financing. I found out afterwards that they ran a hard inquiry that many times. I spoke to Isreal's manager and he stated he had dropped the price to 30,000 and I qualified for 26,000 so we were only 4,000 away so I offered to give aside from the 5000. down another 2500 down if it helped and he answered yes and that he would look into how else he could help me. Att that time I thought it was a good deal I should have got it in writing so word of advice DO GET EVERYTHING THEY STATE IN WRITING. I was tired from all the time i had already spent at that dealership it had already been my 3rd visit. They again took me to finance with someone other than Paul that was going to help me which when the contract was written up it was completely different from what the price that Isreal's manager had stated plus there was no option on buying the gap insurance through them because that would higher the price. Now the price had changed by then it had gone up from the price of 30,000. I brought that up and they said that couldn't be that they must have given me the price to another truck. I know what they had said and now I seem to be the crazy one. I was so exhausted mentally I told them that I didn't want the truck any longer I didn't want to go through this any longer and they again assured they would make it work to take the truck and they would get a hold of me again I did. Which i forgot to mentioned I had already sent my son to return the vehicle the first time they called and they returned him stating I had to be there to sign a release form and have it inspected. when i went back again Isreal came and told me they had good news to wait and they would be out to help me well i waited approximately 2 hours again I was physically and mentally exhausted from all the back and fourth and changes by this time i seriously think i was being punished at that time for being such a hard customer. When they took me back now i was not the first buyer i was the co signer for my ex husband. The price had gone up and they had added the documentary fee of 2600 and all like gap, mechanical insurance and others that they previously told me it was not a necessary thing to get and that i could purchase seperately at my bank like the gap insurance. I asked to have all those removed like the dealer documentary fee which i found out they can remove them since they get reimbursed by the manufacturer and now they stated they couldn't do it because they had lowered the price of the truck and they could hold themselves liable for a lawsuit if they took it of for me then they would have to take it of all previous buyers too. Paul and his co workers except Isreal did a good job at tiring me out mentally and i signed now I regret it! They ended up with 8500 down. JUST A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE! I wished I wouldn't have step at the dealership at all. More
I brought my 2012 Chevrolet Avalanche in to get it looked at; I purchased it at Freeway Chevrolet and usually did all of my vehicle services at that particular dealer. Due to the fact that I moved to Carefre at; I purchased it at Freeway Chevrolet and usually did all of my vehicle services at that particular dealer. Due to the fact that I moved to Carefree AZ area, I was not able to drive that far for vehicle service and was referred to Midway Chevrolet because I was informed they provided excellent service like the last dealer I use to go to. I met Sam, he greeted me and I told him I was due to go out of town soon on assignment and wanted my vehicle looked at because the alternator went out. Considering the vehicle was brand new, Sam did research and found the vehicle was under warranty. Although you have to always be prepared to pay for some repairs; I was at least glad the service was under warranty so I thank Midway's service department for really doing their job with honesty, integrity, and loyalty. I am a female who knows nothing about cars; repairs, specs etc. So considering the efficiency of the service team, I was impressed. I do appreciate the fact that I was able to have my vehicle serviced and will always come back to Midway for service soon....in fact I am coming back Monday for other issues/repairs and will be working with John this time. Thank you Sam and Midway for your service. More

At the beginning of June 2013,contacted Midway to trade in a 2010 Cobalt for a 2013 Silverado.Initally,I contacted personnel in finance department to explore possibility of securring the financing.Up front in a 2010 Cobalt for a 2013 Silverado.Initally,I contacted personnel in finance department to explore possibility of securring the financing.Up front I gave all the particulars of both myself & wifes' credit info, along with our employment & income.About 2 days later,I was called by a gentleman, one of the new vehicle sales managers who stated to me "YES" the financing was secured,'how soon could my wife & I come to the dealership?" "I am able to put you into a new Silverado pickup truck." As my wife & I both work,I made an appointment for the following Saturday to be at the dealers' business. But after we arrived at the dealership on Saturday,we were instructed to bring proof of income & address, which wasn't disclosed until we physically arrived at the dealership, which should have been disclosed when the sales manager called, which it wasn't.All in all,I personally made five more subsequent trips to the dealership.I disclosed to the sales manager who contacted me I could put down $1,000.00 cash. The dealership, after a sum of six trips to it,pulled the old practice of "BAIT & SWITCH" on us,stating that because of our bad credit,it could only put us into a new Nissan model, but only with a cash down payment of $3,500.00! Of course I reminded the dealership I was called originally it stated I was approved for a new Silverado, with $1,000.00 cash down. And NO,off course I DID NOT accept such a deal and I left. As it turned out,Midway continued to work to secure financing, after I told them not to.In all,Midway Chevrolet made an unbelievable forty-nine(49)inquiries to financing sources;I have all the letters of declination from the sources & in late September, when I purchased a different 2012 used vehicle, the dealership which DID secure the financing showed both my wife & I when it pulled our credit reports all of the inquiries made from Midway Chevrolet. Three days ago I was again called by a new vehicle sales manager, who identified himself to me as Roescoe.Roescoe states to me,"Right now were having our "Black Friday" sale;" "If I could put you into a new Chevrolet Cruise for the same payment you're paying on your Cobalt, would you trade up?" I responded by first telling him I no longer have the Cobalt, but have a 2012 so & so,with so & so miles and my payment is so & so." "With 0 down, for a new Chevrolet Cruise diesel, for the same payment I make now,are you able to do that?" Roescoe immediately replied "yes" & then asked me "how soon could I get to the dealership to get my new car?" I told him I could be there in one hour," to which Roescoe replied "great," 'come right down!" In 58 minutes I arrived at Midway Chevrolet. As I was walking from my car to the main building,a young man,who greeted me & identified himself as "TREY," also asking me "do you have an appointment to see someone specific?" I replied "yes;" 'I had an appointment to see one of the sales managers whose name is "Roescoe." Trey then walked me into the main salesfloor, more instructing me to sit here than inviting me to sit here & that he would bring "Roescoe" out to me." I sat down waiting for Roescoe. After several minutes,"Trey" is back to where I've been sitting & waiting; He states to me, "Roescoe is presently with another customer & would I please get up,move to another cubicle, only a few feet away & he(Trey) would be happy to assist me?" I immediatley stopped, inquiring of Trey,"how could Roescoe be with another customer?" 'Don't you remember Trey when you greeted me ouside, asking me if I had an appointment to see one specific,to which I declared to you immediately "Roescoe" for right now?" Is there even a person named "Roescoe" in existance?" Once again Trey,is this going to be another act of "bait & switch?" Then,I brought Trey up to speed about the previous experience both I & my wife had at the dealership in June prior.Trey went to great lenght to assure me "no-not at all." As he asked for my keys & drivers' license, still trying to get me to move to another cubicle a few feet away,I simply declared," yes,I'll sit down;" You want my keys & license?" 'I want to see, talk with "Roescoe!" 'No Roescoe"- 'no keys & license-'you know Latin?"-"Quid Quo Pro"- "this for that!" "Bring me "Roescoe" or I'm getting up & driving home!" Trey responded, "OK;" "but you may wait awhile." I responded, "I will wait only a little while longer, then I'll go home;" "I arrived two minutes early for my appointment & I've been here already more than 25 minutes,so you better hurry!" Ten minutes later, when I decided "enough is enough", as I got up to leave,Trey arrives back with another gentleman, who immediately identifies himself as "Mike." As he motions me to sit,I ask him, "where's Roescoe?" "He's with another customer;" 'I am very sorry he made an appointment with you & then reneged on it." 'Knowing him as well as I do,I believe he's doing all he can to get his previous customer into the vehicle he desires." 'He's committed like that." "I apolizise for him,but be assured in his absence, both Trey & I are just as committed to act to put you in the vehicle you desire." "Ok Mike" I replied; "You have my attention." 'Give me your best consideration." All three of us walk out to my car for one of them to drive it in order to appraise it.After driving it,it's parked right outside the entrance/exit to the building. With Mike still holding my keys,I instruct him, before we're back in the building,'give me my keys back." He wasn't going to,but I insisted, turning the table as a salesperson to him, reassurring him,I've got valubles,so I'm locking it up." "In the event you make a deal I'm happy with,I'll give you the key back." After I locked my car,the three of us go back inside.About 15 minutes,Mike comes back;He states to me,"With $2,000.00 cash and payments $350.00 more than I am paying now,I can put you into a new Cruise diesel." I looked him right in the eye, stating, "yes!" "indeed!" 'the old bait & switch!" 'I'm going home gentlemen;" 'I'll never be back!" More
