Edgar, we are disappointed to learn that your visit left you with the impression that our team is not knowledgeable about electric vehicles or that we lack adequate charging support, as this does not reflect the level of service we strive to provide. Our staff is trained to assist with EV features, ownership, and charging, and we offer multiple on-site charging stations with available adapters for customer use. That said, we take your feedback seriously, and if this was not clearly communicated during your visit, we take responsibility for that.
