Mariana was great and knowledgeable about the truck and great communication. Jay the finance manager was able to replace a dented bumper with a brand new one! I was coming up from Tucson, I had an agreed upon price with one of the sales person. Arrived Sunday morning, that sales person was not there, the people there did not honor the deal and were trying to se with one of the sales person. Arrived Sunday morning, that sales person was not there, the people there did not honor the deal and were trying to sell me on a higher price. After 3 higher priced offers, I asked to leave (had driven the car to another office), in the car they finally agreed to the price. I didn't want to give them my business after this mess.
