She showed me many of the features, info overload, I don't remember some of it. Still learning the car. Had little interaction with Alex Ornelas at my 1st visit to the dealership. Wished I had financed with a local bank, impossible to coordinate with GM Financial to register my account. Customer service closes prior to 4pm AZ time. I see more problems down the road if I have to communicate. Car had 2000+ miles at time of purchase. Advised GM was driving the car. Hitch cover fell off within the first few days. Didn't get to look and see if there were any hitch marks showing usage before the associate reinstalled cover. Can't believe it would just fall off if it wasn't removed prior and re-installed poorly. I need to come back in. A lot of information in a short amount of time and I do not see a lot of the features shown on date of purchase. Should provide a hard copy manual. Should not have to rely on internet to view the manual. What if I am cross country and have no internet access. For the price of the car, the least Chevy can do is provide a $80 Manual plus shipping. Can't drive with sunroof fully open, get that thundering wind sound that kills your ears. I purchased from Midway, because they were the only dealer with the model I wanted. Plan to do my service at the Arrowhead, closer to my home.. More

Horrible car buying experience. I was lied to: Baited to travel 125 miles with an agreed upon price IN WRITING that they wouldn't honor when I arrived. The sales dept. refused to let me speak with the general manager, and the GM refused to return my calls or email. Their "desert protection package" is a joke. Included a charge for window tint, when the truck was already tinted from the factory! And their Zak's paint protection xx didn't even bead water up on the first wash. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. So dishonest! Midway experience is responsible for why car dealerships get stereotyped for being shady. Never again will I do business with them. More

I would give zero stars however it was not an option! Accept for the fact that I love my Truck I would have gone else where! I was lied to by a sales managers who did not keep his word after we discussed my situation about the floor mats on the evening 3/30/25 the on duty sales manager agreed that I should have gotten the factory molded ones instead of the cheaper version. He stated he would mail them to me via UPS that never happened! Then when I called to inquiry about It i got the absolute run around! To this day 4/15/25 I have not heard anything further! In closing I love my Truck however the sales team have integrity issues! I will not recommend any one to this dealership! Thank you More
