The dealer employee who guided us through the purchasing process was Jeff Hollon. Jeff was strictly professional in all of our dealings and was prepared to answer all of our questions and when they were a bit out of the ordinary, he would immediately find the answer. Jeff took the time to fully explain the Midgette Auto process of set pricing for all of their vehicles which avoided prolonged haggles. Jeff arranged for us to take the vehicle home for the night so that we could get a really good feel for the vehicle prior to making a decision. Jeff was a real pleasure to work with on purchase of the vehicle. The professional actions by all of Mr. Midgette's staff during our purchasing experience was top notch. In the meantime, my car broke down and I had it towed to his dealership - they were able to identify the problem and we worked out a fair trade-in. Above and beyond expectation I'd done a lot of background on the type of truck I wanted and what I should be able to get for my trade. So I came prepared for "battle" — ready for the usual game played by so many dealerships. But, much to my surprise, there was no need for armor. The sales agent, Jeff Hollon, was a polite, professional, informed, no pressure, no hassle guy, and he was genuinely more interested in getting me in the right vehicle than in making a sale. He didn't show me anything out of my price range, nor did he try to pressure me to buy the same day. I had questions, and he had answers, and the deal he put together was simply too good to pass up. He was a delight to work with, and I have no doubt when it comes time to trade in my wife's car, or to get me into another vehicle, we will return to Midgette Auto SuperCenter. I've already talked to a neighbor about Jeff and the team there, and my wife has posted our experience on her Facebook page.
