Quick, easy, and painless. We were gown from NH spending the winter close by and had purchased a new fifth wheel camper and needed a new tow vehicle. When I finally showed up to the dealership to test drive, I was not greeted with a hand shake or a hey, I'm so and so nice to finally meet you. Whatever, I let that go. They were busy and the gentleman was a nice guy. I was originally looking at car A and was told someone else was looking at that car so what about car B. As soon as I sat in car B, the salesman said my original choice of car A was available. So YAY. We went over to that car and the salesman went to go get the key. Test drove the car and took it home for the night to sleep on it. I ended up going through with my purchase and couldn’t be happier. I did take it back to get detailed the next business day. There was a leaf that was on the dash from the day I test drove it and I decided to leave it there. The leaf was still there after the detailing so that was frustrating. Overall, it was an average car buying experience. It was not bad but it was nothing to rave about. The dealership is good and I would recommend it to other people. They can get just about anyone in a car no matter the credit situation, which is quite a relief and a good selling point. My only grievance would have been a little bit friendlier and a better detailer perhaps. More
