Bruce, we're sorry to hear about your experience. We were amicable in trying to explain that the contract you signed clearly outlined that the specific product you were trying to cancel is not cancelable since it was installed on your vehicle. The "30-day refund" outlined was pertaining to other products, that are not physically applied to the vehicle.

The expectation that some sort of product should be applied was not explained to me at the time of purchase of the warranty. Regardless, I did not authorize to have any product applied to the vehicle, there is not a service record of anything being applied to the vehicle, and nobody can tell me what product was actually applied. This is because nothing was applied to the vehicle. Your sales team is not being honest about that. Additionally, I was not provided 2 sets of keys as the warranty coverage expected and I was informed would be provided to me. However, more important than the details of this transaction, is fact that this experience has been extremely frustrating and disrespectful. You have dishonest and disrespectful employees. I am not one to typically complain about the service I receive as I understand it is a difficult job. However, this has been the worst experience as a customer that I can recall. Potential customers should be aware of the poor service they will experience dealing with this dealership.
