No pressure - straight forward sales manager ! Vasco is best I went in to get the 2019 Atlas , Ray and Vasco were the sales people handling my query. Vasco was upfront in sharing all the pricing / incentives / payments etc and arranged for the test drive. No time wasted and I got all the information needed to make my purchase decision. Super efficient , in the end I ended up going for highlander and didnt get into negotiation as the atlas was over budget. Due to great experience at Michaels' VW I went to Michael's toyota , unfortunately that experience was terrible. More
Horrible service They originally gave me a lemon upon my lease and didn’t own up to get me a car that actually works. They only offered to give me two free oil changes They originally gave me a lemon upon my lease and didn’t own up to get me a car that actually works. They only offered to give me two free oil changes and for me to keep the lemon. After months of bringing my brand new car in for multiple service they gave me a new car. After dropping my car off for my scheduled oil change at 7 a.m. and walking around for an hour, I came back to my car still waiting to be taken in for service! They could care less about making their customers happy or keeping you as a customer. I will NEVER set foot on this property again. I will drive as far as necessary to another VW dealership for service in the future. Don’t waste your time, they don’t care! More

The salesman was great and not pushy, but I think the pricing management team severely needs help. More

I dread the idea of the car buying process. But these guys made the experiece a pleasure. We were lucky enough to work with Carlos who was a pro from start to finish. Personable and fun while not being too salesy. After we bought the car, he took the time to show us all the ins and outs of the car, got the bluetooth set up, lots of little details. It was much more than I received when I bought my new car at another Bellevue dealership. I am sold on the brand and looking forward to Subaru as my next car. Thanks Carlos! More
Worst customer service EVER They sent my license plates to the wrong person. Never told me they were lost just sent me new plates. Then when I called them about Lindsey who is in charge lied too me and told me nothing could be done it was the post office fault. Same excuse 4 days earlier the "manager" brian told me. They completely lied to me! I have had to file a police report with this mistake Lindsey has made. I felt and still feel like I'm in a nightmare with these people at chaplins. I have worked hard to get money to buy this car and have it in my very own name. But they are always on time to send me my car note on time! I will not ever return to them. The car I traded in was special for us I brought my new born son in it. It had alot of sentimental value but we felt trading it in was best. I feel abused and treated with no respect. Customer service at chaplins volkswagon should be ashamed of what has happened. Worst of all I never even got an apology from anyone there. I got oh well nothing we can do..it's the post offices fault. I would never EVER EVER do business with this place. They don't care your just a problem they promise to fix but DONT...thanks Lindsey and Brian "sales manager" More

To start, they promised to repair my car "by the end of next week." Now they say, "next Tuesday." Talked to the floor manager, Kevin Moore, several times. No use. Talked to the dealership service manager, Chad, twice. No use. My worst service experience ever! More
