Working with the Internet Manager Stephen Prince was the easiest, no-BS, straight to the point sales guy I have ever met. You will be treated with respect and he will be completely transparent. If he tells you that's the lowest price, that's really the lowest price. Now if it's still too high for your liking, don't blame him as it was the lowest price he fought to get for you. His follow-up to your questions are fast and is willing to answer any more you have after even after you bought a car. Most people stop talking to you once they made the sale and will completely ignore you - not Mr. Prince. Too bad Michael Volkswagen is too far from Sacramento as I would have loved to service my car here exclusively or even just stop by to say hi. The Sales Manager was also pretty cool too but I didn't want to bother him eating his sandwich because he was having his lunch haha. Skip the BS and e-mail Stephen from the get-go to have a pain-free car shopping experience. More
