First Car Purchase! I was just passing through the lot -- more so "window shopping", and Chris came out of the office and said hello. He offered a test drive, answered all of my questions, did an appraisal on my vehicle, and walked me through the process. This was the first time that I had purchased a vehicle from a dealership -- and Chris made it extremely easy. Chris wasn't "sales-ey" at all. He was conversational. Asked questions, wanted to know what I was looking for -- and how he could make that happen for me. During the paperwork process, he made conversation about hiking, and we shared pictures, and where we each would frequent. Chris was awesome, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I hope to partner with him on my next car purchase, as well! More
