A big thank you for your outstanding non schedule service on Friday August 11, 2023. I was at the Natick Mall and noticed my tire was very low and loosing air. While my car was there you gave it an oil change, rotated the tires,, did an alignment and of course a car wash. For not having an appointment you gave me great service. Trevor the customer service man was just great, and Nate the shuttle driver (who drove us to and from Legal restaurant while the cars was being serviced) was just so pleasant. Needless to say I was very pleased with Metro West. Thank you so much! More
