Suzie studied up on the car features and made sure that we knew our options -- and pursued additional information from her co-workers when we had additional questions that she was unsure. Suzie is a pleasure to work with and the same can be said for Jennifer in the business office. Both made the new car purchasing process painless and enjoyable. It seemed as if there was absolutely no interest in selling a car. 09 MDX cars are being phased out so there are less of them - so presumably these guys have already made their quotas on it - or maybe its the middle of the month and there is no pressure to sell. Whatever the reason - this guy was very condescending and had absolutely no interest in selling. One of the bad car dealerships that I have been to and definitely not recommended. More
Dan greeted us in the parking lot and was very friendly. I test drove a new MDX. He looked for the color and the interior color that I wanted. Explained everything, how to use the navigation system, bluetooth hands free link. Those were the two things that we never had. It was a easy to buy a car here. More

I just bought a certified pre-owned from Herb Connolly and it was a great experience from beginning to end. Dan Crilley was knowledgeable on the cars, very helpful and a pleasure to work with. He even kept an eye out for cars with my color/mileage preferences, and called me back a few weeks after my first visit to let me know about new arrivals that I may be interested in. The whole purchase process was refreshingly open and honest. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional. Finally, the service team did an awesome job cleaning up the car. It made us feel like we bought a new car. Overall a great experience, and definitely one I will recommend to others. More

I was unprepared completely for a positive buying experience, but Clyde Brown and the others I dealt with at Herb Connolly Acura made the visit and the whole buying experience a great joy. Painless experience, but Clyde Brown and the others I dealt with at Herb Connolly Acura made the visit and the whole buying experience a great joy. Painless is a word that comes to mind. Normally buying a car is somewhat painfull but not this time. I found Clyde to be extremely knowledgable about the product (a 2009 MDX) and eager to answer any question. Best of all Clyde did not attempt to pressure me during the process - a first for me ever (and I've bought or have been involved in the purchase of nearly a dozen cars over the years). The process was smooth - test drive, negotiation, and close of sale in total took less than 2 hours. When dealing with Jennifer I was treated to a similar experience. Normally there is pressure applied here as well at a dealership to buy extended warranties and the like, and Jennifer did a great job of presenting the various packages but stopped when I said after "I just want LoJack" after the last package had been described. "No problem!" she exclaimed and that was that! The car was ready when Clyde told me it would be and was equipped exactly as I had requested (dealer added options). In the past I've had dealers fail to add everything I've ordered. This was not the case here at all. And the car had a full tank of gas on delivery, a very nice touch. A word about price: They WILL negotiate. And I was pleased with that process completely. I never had to deal with anyone besides Clyde - in other words, he didn't fetch his boss to pressure me, I never heard phrases like "How do you expect us to make money?". In other words I was treated like a human being. More
