My experience with Herb Connolly was exceptional. My objective in going to this dealership was to purchase a new 2009 Acura. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly which was important to me and I did not feel pressured. I was particular about my desired color. Dan went to great lengths to search for my choice of the exterior and interior combination. Once he located the vehicle he spent time negotiating for the best price. I had checked with another dealer so was prepared with the necessary information to compare. I am a customer who is 100% satisfied with the detailed attention received from Dan and this dealership. I hope to receive the same respect and courtesy when service is required on my Acura TL Technology Package car. It's a great car! More

We came into Herb Connolly looking for a recent model used vehicle and first interacted with Jack Marshall to test drive an 08' used model. Jack was very straightforward with his assessment of availability and the market for the new and used MDXs that allowed us to make an informed decision. In the end we were able to solicit very competitive pricing from other dealerships but returned to Herb Connolly beacuse we felt comfortable with buying a car from Jack. After buying several new cars over the years I think we have a pretty good feeling on when a salesperson is working with us vs. just trying to sell something quickly. I credit Jack and Herb Connolly for falling in the former and not the latter catagory More
Have bought three Acuras at Herb Connolly and received very good service, particularly from the Service Manager, Kran Cummings. This latest Acura (Certified Used)came with a couple of problems. The title's odometer reading was not correct and I found out after driving from the Cape to the closing. We could not close until a corrected odometer reading and title was processed. I was given a loaner and my car was delivered to me about a week later. While at the closing, I asked them to check on several things. One was the assurance that all the manuals were with the car. When it was delivered to me, the Owner's Manual was not there. It took over a week to have one sent to me. The sales person was new and may have made mistakes. Other than that, I have been happy with Herb Connolly and would recommend the dealer to anyone. I'd rate it as a 4.7-4.9. More
I went into the dealership looking for a used Acura MDX. We bought the car at this dealer because of the sales associate. He was knowledgeable and responsive. He was respectful of my wife and her involvement in the process. He did not call me when I asked him associate. He was knowledgeable and responsive. He was respectful of my wife and her involvement in the process. He did not call me when I asked him not to call, and he was completely engaged once we decided to go ahead with the deal. Upon delivery, the car was pristine. Dan introduced me to the car and its features, set up my phone ... had the car inspected, sent back my plates. He did everything I could have asked for. It's hard to know about the price for sure. I did my research and received my walk-away price, well $250 above my walk-away price. The negotiation process was "elaborate;" you'll know what I mean if you experience it, and actually kind of fun. I feel good about the price. I would feel "great" had I received my initial offer, but that's my responsibility, I suppose. More
Excellent experience overall. Jack could not have been friendlier. Never had the feeling that I was being pushed around, and left feeling that I got the best deal possible. When I first looked at the car I needed to go home and "sleep on it". Jack let me walk out the door and I didn't feel as if I was being barracaded so that he could make the sale. I will highly recommend this dealership to friends and Jack Marshall in particular. More
