Herb Connolly offers many perks that are not advertised-After we made our purchase, we were asked if someone had recommended Herb Connolly Acura. My friend had actually done that for us. I was told that my friend would receive a check for 250 for the referral. There is Starbucks coffee while you wait. There is a loaner for you whenever your visit requires over an hour stay. Whenever you bring in your car, it is always vacumned and washedfor free before you get it back. The fact that these are not advertised is the real issue in gaing trust here. My husband and I walked into the dealership on a Monday afternoon and was greeted by a friendly salesman named Dan Crilley. We went for a test drive and Dan explained all the in's and outs of the car. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional and not your typical aggressive salesman. We left there and went to the Lexus dealership and test drove the IS250 and Tuesday morning we went back to Herb Connolly to buy the Acura. The customer service, friendliness of Dan Crilley in particular, and the overall experience and of course the very good price on the car brought us back to the Herb Connolly dealership. The day I picked my car up Dan spent plenty of time showing me how the Hands Fee Link works, which I love, and all the other nice features of the car.Thanks Dan. Robbi Dubuc More
The sales experience was good. The finance person was excellent. Unfortunately, the tires had 47,000 miles on them and so did the brakes. I will not use this dealership in the future. I will have service done elsewhere. More

The folks at Herb Connolly were friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. They held a tight line during price negotiation but delivered their end of the bargain above and beyond. The financial aspect of the transaction was painless and they actually got me a better financing rate than they had advertised.
