My salesman, Dennis Murray, did an excellent job explaining the features of the certified Acura TSX that interested me. He was very thorough and patient. I ended up not purchasing the 08 TL I looked at, due to the fact that I found a different make car that happened to be at a different dealer that I liked better. It was the best car buying experience I ever had, period. I am a busy professional and I don't have much time to shop around much. Unfortunately, before I went to Herb Connolly, I went to other Acura dealers I am a busy professional and I don't have much time to shop around much. Unfortunately, before I went to Herb Connolly, I went to other Acura dealerships but it was a waste of time. I am so glad that I called Jimmy that day. After a 5 minute phone conversation, I went to the dealership, chose the color of my brand new TSX with tech package, signed the papers. In about 1 hour in the dealership, while sipping my Starbucks coffee (they serve only Starbucks which shows the good quality), we went from A to Z. It was a "no surprises" process. The car was delivered on time, in perfect condition. I strongly recommmend Acura's to everyone, and this is "the" Acura dealership you must go to. More

I am a new customer to Herb Connolly Acura. For 30 I am a new customer to Herb Connolly Acura. For 30 years, I have driven the same brand of car and was very satisfied. I have 2 friends who bought Acuras within the last year and other friends who have owned Acuras for several years. Their experiences encouraged me to test drive an Acura. My salesman, Dennis Murray, was extremely professional and thorough. He answered all my questions in a very patient manner. The negotiating process during the purchase was friendly and Dennis never became impatient or short tempered. I never felt pressured throughout the test drives or the purchasing process. I could tell Dennis was a big fan of the Acura line by the way he spoke about the cars during the selection process. It is nice to have a salesperson who believes in his/her product and is able to transmit that enthusiasm to others. After the sale, Dennis spent about an hour and a half going over all the features of the car so that I would feel comfortable when driving away. I had to go back to the dealership today because I couldn't get the dimming feature on the navigation system to work. Dennis spent 2 hours with me trying to fix the problem. The service department also tried to help and they were very accommodating also. It is obvious that Herb Connolly Acura takes customer satisfaction very seriously, which makes the customer feel welcome and appreciated. So far, my experience has been wonderful.
