My husband and I have been driving Acura Cars for the last 7 years and have bought from Herb Connolly from the beginning. We dealt with Dennis Murray for our new MDX - no "bull" just got down to knowing what we wanted to spend and how we wanted to be treated. His help in getting me adjusted to the new TECH devices was superb!! GREAT service and friendly people. This is the first time I would even think of rating a dealership but it is 1st class service. The service desk people are very nice and responsive, the waiting area is well kept and has wireless service dealership but it is 1st class service. I never felt pressured or rushed and was given the opportunity to test drive four different cars. We worked out a great price on the car I wanted to purchase and they were very generous on the value of my trade-in. Within a couple of hours I was the proud owner of my "new to me" RL. This was by far the easiest car purchase I've ever made and the team at Herb Connolly made this a wonderful experience! I recently purchased an Acura TL from Herb Connolly Acura of Framingham and had a wonderful experience. My salesman Jimmy Goon was extremely knowledgable about not only the car but just about every feature of Framingham and had a wonderful experience. My salesman Jimmy Goon was extremely knowledgable about not only the car but just about every feature it came with. Upon picking up the vehicle he explained all the options to me at length making sure I fully understood the way each feature worked as well as the benfits of utilizing them to get the full experience of my car. Brian Barnatt was also excellent to work with. He worked with me on pricing to ensure that I got the deal that worked for me. He also addressed issues that were important to me that other dealers in his position would probably have brushed off. Upon seeing the car for the first time,I had concern about the rims that were on the car. Since this model is known for having low profile tires, the rims tend to get slightly scuffed on a used vehicle. Upon telling Brian that this was a concern for me, he did not hesitate to tell me that he would have someone work on making sure that the rims were in great condition upon pick up. He defenetly delivered on this promise as the rims looked like new. He even went a step further for me and updated my navigation system from the 2004 to the 2006 model. All and all this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. It went smoothly and I felt as though they really cared about making sure I as the customer was happy. I would reccommend this dealership and these salesmen to anyone in the market for a great car and a great experience. More
