I actually went to purchase my new Acura at a different dealership and the sales rep and sales manager were rude and made me feel that it was a honor for me to buy a car from them. I went to Herb Connolly and there was no pressure, Jimmy was more than accommodating and make the purchase very smooth. Jennifer went above and beyond and was able to have the leather and paint "sealed" and the clear cover placed on the front of the vehicle the very next day. She called at 5 PM on a Friday night and the car was ready for me to pick up within 24 hours. Could not have asked for a better experience. Jimmy spent a lot of time with me going over the features and I even called him on his day off for a quick question. Thank You! More

I walked into the Acura (never intending to look at Acuras) dealership on a Sunday afternoon because the dealerships I was planning to visit were closed and this on was open.
