MetroWest Acura responded

Unfortunately Ms. Martin's vehicle was severly damaged and her insurance company had recently decided to lay off all of their in house adjusters in lieu of third party adjusting firm. That company did not visit the collision center for nearly a month and was just as difficult for follow up visits. This obviously caused us a lot of delays in reapiring the car. When we finished the job Ms. Martin wanted to avoid paying her deductible because of the delay. I had to tell her it wasn't our fault and that she should seek her deductible amount from her insurance company, not us.
