They gave us a loaner for a couple of days and when we came back to close the deal they (Vinnie, Daniel and Rich Tsai, who did our paperwork) were very sorry for what had happened the previous night. You could tell they were all sincere in us being inconvenienced the other night. When we finally closed the deal (which went very smoothly with Rich), they added some items to our deal to compensate for us having to come in again. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who asks. In fact, my wife is considering an Acura in a few years so we certainly will be coming back! More
