My wife and I had been shopping for a used MDX for several weeks. We visited several auto dealerships and lots. Our experience at your dealership was by far our best experience. The professionalism and salesmanship from your salesman Dennis Murray was exceptional. He made us feel like we were in good hands from the start. He treated us like we were special and that he wanted our business. He showed us a great vehicle ,that we ended up purchasing. It was getting late in the day on New Years weekend and most of the staff in the service dept had left for the day. Dennis wasn't happy with the cleanliness of the vehicle and took it into a bay and washed it himself. He worked up a sweat. He finalized the sale and Dennis let us take the car home for the weekend. We came back on Monday (we are fron the Cape!) to get registration and sticker. While waiting for registration etc, Dennis gave us a new Acura to go to Mall or dinner, whatever. We returned to a detailed MDX and ready to go. Exceptional service. I must also mention the financing stage. Our finance person was Rich Tsai. I can't say enough about Rich. Very professional and helpful. He's knowledegable and patient. Answered all my questions. Worked with a smile and make us feel comfortable. The entire staff was polite and professional. While you sip your cappuccino, a very friendly and professional team walks you through a fast yet informative (but not boring) process and you are out of there in no time. They gave me a rock bottom APR to buy out my leased Acura TSX and I drove back home smiling. My past experience three years ago: When I leased my car, I also visited other Acura dealerships. Despite its distance from where I live, I found them to be the best Acura dealership and one of the best dealerships in Boston area, comparing to Audi and Saab in my past experience. More

Honestly Marina it was the worst car buying experience I've ever had. I will never tell anyone to buy a car from you guys. Friday when I got there everything started of good, I was shown the vehicles th I've ever had. I will never tell anyone to buy a car from you guys. Friday when I got there everything started of good, I was shown the vehicles that I asked for and I looked at them but as the day went on it went from bad to worst; I was being pushed in a direction that I did not want to go in. I ended up having to talk to Neil (the sales manager) and he also pushed me in a direction I didn't want to go in so I caved and we agreed on a 2011 ford fusion and the 2007 Acura TL. I left at around 1145am because I had to go to work and I was told that maybe I would be able to get the Acura but the Ford was already in my hands and that I will get a call later on that day. I didn't hear anything so I got worried and started calling, no answer, I called the whole day on Saturday, once again no answer so I called you(marina) to see if you could give me any information, you(marina) told me you was going to call me back and you never did so I gave up, I called on Sunday and I spoke to I believe his name was vinnie (another sales manager) that told me he would call me by the end of the day and he never did (tell him I'm still waiting for a call) so I have up, I called Monday and still no answer. The only reason I believe Neil called me was because I called you(marina) to complain. I spoke to Neil and he told me he'll finally check things out and give me a call. He actually called me back and told me that my credit wasn't string enough and that I needed to out some money down to get the vehicles. Before we went thru the process I explained my whole credit issues to you guys but no one was listening and now because of this situation I wont be able to get a vehicle for my wife for Christmas. It was the worst car buying experience I ever had, I think I would've had better luck going to one of those small gas station dealerships. I really don't know how you guys have good reviews on Google but I'm going to make sure everyone's knows what I went thru.
