After an unpleasant experience at another Acura Dealership I decided to try Herb Connolly and what a pleasant surprise. John met us at the front door and sat down with me and offered me a cup of coffee and made me feel relaxed and was just being someone who was looking to help me and not try to sell me the most expensive MDX on the lot. Even though John is very new to Acura He was able to answer most of my questions and the one's he couldn't he went and got the answers I needed to help make a decision that was best for me. John was very sincere and very helpful in fact He had our Car ready for us 2 hours ahead of schedule. After what happened at the other Dealer I was skeptical to go to another Car Dealer but left that afternoon satisfied I got the car I wanted at a fair price.
