I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my 2011 MDX at Herb Connolly in Framingham thanks to Dennis Murray. Dennis's business card says 'sales consultant' and that's exactly what he is. At no point during our interactions did I feel like I was working with a "used car salesman". He never pressured me, and patiently answered all of my questions. After our test drive, he let me take the car home to show my family so I could get their input which was so much more convenient than having to schedule a second trip to the dealership with my wife and kids. As the deal was wrapping up, he was an advocate for making sure everything was perfect with the car. Dennis even replied to my emails on his day off as he knew I was up against a tight deadline. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dennis to a colleague or friend looking to buy an Acura. More
I worked with Dennis Murray on the purchase of a used vehicle. I called to ask some questions about the car, and upon deciding to go in for a test drive, scheduled an appointment. The car was ready when I arrived, and Dennis answered all my questions about it. When he didn't know the answer, he did some research to find out. I bought the car, which was already priced below book value, after a quick, painless negotiation process. However, when I got it home, I realized that the CD player was not working. I called Dennis to inform him and he worked with the service department to determine a remedy. It turned out that the entire radio had to be removed, so the dealer worked with the manufacturer to secure a replacement and install it for me, free of charge. All along the way, Dennis checked in with me to make sure the service department and I were working together. The service department was courteous and on-time, but Dennis was really a gem. I recommend Connolly Acura, and especially Dennis Murray, without reservation. More
Dennis did an outstanding job in accomodating my every request and answering all my questions about purchasing a used TSX. I have been a customer of Herb Connolly Acura Service Department for 6 years. The service department has consistently taken care of any and all issues I may have had. Horrible experience. Sold us a lemon and would not take responsibility for it. To the point of not allowing the service department to perform work on the vehicle and when inspected in the month of February responsibility for it. To the point of not allowing the service department to perform work on the vehicle and when inspected in the month of February, put a January sticker on the car and wouldn't provide the safety sheet that all Massachusetts Safety Inspection Sites provide. Within owning the car for a day it had two leaks and brakes failed. Vinnie does not respond to voicemails and hides behind the service team making them speak to the customer. Service apologized multiple times and also agrees that it is not right but Vinnie is not allowing them to even look at the car. Horrible, horrible experience. Do not go here if you are buying used. They are not worth your time or money. Look elsewhere. More
