The service manager, Nicole, I believe was her name, deserves employee of the year. We had to leave the car a few days and Nicole was so great. She called at least once a day to give updates, and was just the kindest person. She made a horrible day, bearable. I live 100 miles south of Mesquite, and told my husband we will come here to buy our next car, based solely on the service we received from Nicole. More
