Ruined my day. The service for my oil change really sucked ..I’ve been there plenty of times to get my oil change done because of there great attitude and service bu The service for my oil change really sucked ..I’ve been there plenty of times to get my oil change done because of there great attitude and service but today was the opposite by far.. not only that but the service guy that was supposedly helping me out was rude, careless and ignorant. My car was done already he just never gave my keys back. He didn’t even direct me to my car .like if it’s a Easter egg hunt. Even the one of the workers agreed and understood why I was shocked and upset at Metro Honda services today I personally thought he was rude,careless and lazy ,never again would I or ever recommend anyone else to come here to service there Honda ever again .HE NEVER GAVE A CAR WASH CODE EITHER 😣 More
