Turned away On 06/04/18, I was turned away for oil change due to too many vehicles in line at the end of the day, 06:00pm. I was informed that I should schedule an appointment to ensure service. 06/04/18, I scheduled an appointment for 06/05/18 at 5:30pm. After waiting to be greetedon 06/05/18, I was finally told at about 5:40pm, to return in the morning because the mechanic was only doing one more car. This was after I told the service advisor that I had an appointment at 5:30pm for an oil change. The service advisor ignored the fact that I had an appointment. A different advisor took me inside and apologized for his co workers behavior. I've been serving my vehicle at Metro Honda for 4 years and unfortunally this will be my last. Also, while considering the purchase of a new Honda Accord, your service advisor has forced me to consider my purchase elsewhere. More
