Vance Wilcox is extremely helpful I had a problem with the satellite antenna on my 2011 Ridgeline that had the cover broken off. Metro ordered the part, only took a week to get, and I I had a problem with the satellite antenna on my 2011 Ridgeline that had the cover broken off. Metro ordered the part, only took a week to get, and I scheduled an appointment to have it replaced. Vance got me in quick with no problems and got me a shuttle back to my home. He then called me when it was ready and got me on the shuttle pickup list and the shuttle picked me up about 10 minutes later and took me back to Metro Honda. Work seemed to be perfect with no problems. A word about the antenna (not related to Metro at all), the cover is delicate and can break off somewhat easily, so be careful when washing it or using a drive through car wash. Love my Ridge!!!! More

Checking on faultily window operation. I did not realize that I had a lock capability for my windows. After leaving my car, Linda Ireland called me to let me know that all was good and I co I did not realize that I had a lock capability for my windows. After leaving my car, Linda Ireland called me to let me know that all was good and I could come pick up my car. She explained to me that I had locked the window. Now, some people might not be as kind as she in letting me know that my not knowing about this lock capability was the issue. We both had a good laugh and I very much appreciated her manner in handling this matter. More
