Last minute check in, great service! Integrity and honesty. We drove in to Metro Honda from Riverside, having gotten a jump start for our dead battery, fearing that we might need alternator, starter, and whatev We drove in to Metro Honda from Riverside, having gotten a jump start for our dead battery, fearing that we might need alternator, starter, and whatever else. Arriving just before 6 PM, Joseph King was very pleasant and most helpful getting us checked in with the service work set up. The next morning, we received calls from Joseph updating us on the work, and finally received word that the car was ready early the next afternoon. Joseph explained that only the battery needed to be replaced! Everything else checked out OK! The dealership is by the way very very clean, including the restrooms. We were very comfortable waiting for a ride home. I am impressed and trusting when a shop tells me stuff I was willing to buy is not needed. I will definitely be returning to Metro Honda, and to Joseph! ...and Joseph knows a lot about crock pot cooking. Be sure to ask him for recipes. Jim Hill, Upland More
