Thorough and efficient service All servicing today was great. They were efficient and thorough in their inspection, recommending areas that needed attention. During previous servici All servicing today was great. They were efficient and thorough in their inspection, recommending areas that needed attention. During previous servicing experiences they would wash my car upon request. They have changed their process whereby they give you a code to their express wash which you use for your complimentary wash. I don’t mind taking my car through the car wash so they can focus on the next customer. However, the code given did not work and I had to call the service rep for further assistance, which she was unable to provide. After several unsuccessful tries, I was finally able to obtain the assistance of the porter operating the car wash. The technical issue needs attention More

I get to the dealership, and they have someone waiting outside to assist and direct you. This helped out a lot and things were handled In a nice flow. The service rep was great. He explained Everything. I was going to uber it home, the service Rep heard me and said, they could provide a ride home for me via their courtesy shuttle. I highly recommend this dealership. Thanks. Fixed my issue Came in for an oil change and had them check out a weird noise. They looked into it, had me test drive to demonstrate the noise and then test drove it Came in for an oil change and had them check out a weird noise. They looked into it, had me test drive to demonstrate the noise and then test drove it again to make sure it was fixed. It took a while but I was fine with that as long as my problem was fixed. Service person is not honest to the customer. I came in for Honda Odyssey for recall. They say I need $6,100 to repair. Outside service on cross only $200 to clean. “ your vehicle is coming up wi I came in for Honda Odyssey for recall. They say I need $6,100 to repair. Outside service on cross only $200 to clean. “ your vehicle is coming up with codes p0420 and po430. it needs 2 catalatic converters , total for the replacement is 2204.24 and I do have them in stock, would you like me to proceed on the repair.” —Honda Major recall problem is oil consumption-leak oil inside the engine spark plugs about 120k after changing all the value and spark plugs, but your car already damage both front catalytic converters now this will cause your engine light on.
