I was at Metro Honda a couple of years ago , with my 2000 Honda civic, I was so pleased with the service, and also the dealership is not that far from my home, When I purchased my new 2012 Honda this year fr Honda civic, I was so pleased with the service, and also the dealership is not that far from my home, When I purchased my new 2012 Honda this year from Norm Reeves Honda in West Covina, I was going to take my Honda to a dealer closer to my home for service. The Honda needed its first oil change, so I took it to your dealership this morning. And I am still pleased with your service. Thank You Lois Jean Alcocer More
It was an overall good experience. Oscar Quezada was pretty friendly. The test drive was fun, I tried two cars and ended up with the cross tour. I believe the APR and the price of the car could have bee pretty friendly. The test drive was fun, I tried two cars and ended up with the cross tour. I was lucky enough to have been greeted by a salesman, Marc Green. Unlike many other dealerships I have encountered, where the salesperson was rude and overly aggressive, Mr. Green was extremely friendly and patient. He was very knowledgeable, answering all my questions regarding the vehicles that i was most interested in. I explained to Mr.Green that i was just looking, as I needed to discuss the purchase with my family, and he still remained very helpful and interested in helping me. When I can decide on the model I want, I will definitely return to Metro Honda and ask for Mr.Green. More
I went in for a power steering hose recall. They told me how long it would take, and the estimate was on the money. The people were friendly. Since it was a recall, no money changed hands, so I can't offer how long it would take, and the estimate was on the money. The people were friendly. Since it was a recall, no money changed hands, so I can't offer an opinion on pricing. More
Joseph King was the specialist who worked with my husband and I. He was clear and concise when reviewing all the issues we had with our Honda. He was friendly and made us feel confident that our vehicle woul and I. He was clear and concise when reviewing all the issues we had with our Honda. He was friendly and made us feel confident that our vehicle would be taken care of and any concerns we would have would be addressed. Thank God that he was able to help us and found that our vehicle, still under warranty, would be repaired at no cost to us. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and especially refer individuals to Mr. King. He is truly the King of service. Thanks!!! :-) More
Samson went the extra mile to get my brother and I our Honda Fit EV. There were only 2 cars on the lot and when we walked in initially they were not able to close the deal for us because the vehicles wer Honda Fit EV. There were only 2 cars on the lot and when we walked in initially they were not able to close the deal for us because the vehicles were owned by Honda Corporate and they had to get clear instructions on how to write out the contract for the lease. There were over 25 other people who wanted the cars but since we got there first, Samson and the Sales Manager (I forgot his name) gave us their word that the cars would be saved for us. My brother and I are both very pleased with the turnout of the transaction. We had to visit the dealership 3 times to finalize the deal but it was not the dealership's fault for the delay but Honda Corporate with the lack of special instructions for the special lease. When we finished the deal, Samson took his time and explained the different features of the vehicle and made sure that we were satisfied. I spent 3 different days in this dealership and I observed many employees and salespeople and would have to say that they all seem to be very vested in providing the best customer service they could offer. Thank you Samson for a wonderful lease experience. I will definitely come back to Metro Honda in the future. More
Mr. Freddie and Mr. Rico did an outstanding job, they went beyond what was expected, even educating us on the ins and outs of the business and beneficial advice we would soon pass on to our friends and f went beyond what was expected, even educating us on the ins and outs of the business and beneficial advice we would soon pass on to our friends and family, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. Their service has also provided us insight on current deals we had with other dealerships and showed us how much we got(for lack of a better term) screwed and directed us on how to alleviate getting bent over and having our ankles restrained to our wrists. They have shown honesty and transparency in our dealings and great concern when it came to financing the car. Buy with confidence More
The warmth welcome and friendliness of the salesperson made us stay and look for a car. We told him our situation - stable job , a trade in car but has credit problem. Before we started , we even stated t made us stay and look for a car. We told him our situation - stable job , a trade in car but has credit problem. Before we started , we even stated that we are looking for just a simple car nothing fancy and is fuel efficient and we can afford monthly payment. Salesperson said he can help us with a better price and he will do his best to do it even if he only makes a little commission. He just want to help us. I was happy about that. We chose a Honda Fit with MSRP of $16,915 base model. Salesperson said do not worry about the price because he can work on that but we just need to be approve of the loan first. Here comes the part where the sales manager came in to start negotiating with us as far as the down payment besides the trade in . Not sure if he was a sales manager, still new and do not even have a card yet. I kept asking for the price that they will give us and the salesperson , Casey said that he can ask if he can discount us $800.00 from the MSRP price because I wanted to see the invoice price. He keeps on telling us not to worry because even if he makes only $50.00 , it will be ok because he didn't do good last month and we are helping each other. Before we finalized everything, I said that we will go home first and just come back the next day. We came in at the dealership at around 3 pm and I only had 2 pieces of cheese sticks and it was already 11 pm by the time we go to finance. I wanted to go home because we couldn't even drive the car, couldn't see at night and I do not have my glasses with me . The 2 guys said do not worry and they will drive the cars ( we decided to buy 2 cars just to help the salesperson too - Price is the main issue here) It was almost midnight when we were already signing papers. Just signed because I told them I couldn't see. And they drove the 2 cars to our house. The trade in truck was still at the house and they said someone will come by to pick it up and show us the features of the car and how to operate it. The next day, with my glasses, I saw the PRICE on the form is $16,995.00 - EVEN MORE THAN THE MSRP. NO DISCOUNT AND HIGHER THAN THE LIST PRICE. I called people to question it - salesperosn, manager, finance manager, general manager and told them the whole story. No one even came by to pick up the trade in until 2 days after. I told them the following day that I felt like we were cheated and taken advantage of the situation. The dealership said since we already have the cars, we need to see a lawyer if we want to return them. More
