This review is regarding salesperson Eddie S. at Metro Honda. Cliff note: tried to help Eddie out, he decided to pull the Switch and Bait on me. He test drove with my dad and me. At first, I liked his attitude (wasnt too pushy). When my dad was finally ready to make his purchase, i shopped around, and decided to help Eddie out by buying it from him so he gets the full commission. We have everything set and negotiated through text messages and made an appointment. (i have picture proof on my phone) I took the day off, and drove with my dad to get the car. Half way through (40 mile drive for us), I decided to text him to confirm one last time just in case. Boy was I glad that I texted him. He gave us the good old bait and switch. He told me the price he gave me was for a different car. (remember, I have proof from his previous texts) He then proceed to give me a price of an alternative vehicle and I asked him, is this combination even available, and he said "yes". This is a lie as I later did more research on honda website and also verified with 3 other dealerships. At the end, we got the car for the price we wanted at a different dealership 3 miles away from my house. If I am willing to drive 40 damn miles to help you out so YOU can get the commission, how dare you try to trick me?! Let's be honest. Most dealers can sell you the same car for about the same price because they get the same incentives and same dealer hold backs and what not. What's really selling you the car is how your car salesperson present themselves to earn the business. How a salesperson present themselves can show a lot about how the dealership is. Eddie pulled the switch and bait on me even though I was trying to give him commission for his work tells me that this dealership is not trustworthy whatsoever. I would def recommend future customers to stay away. More

Accord Sport I live in the Bay Area and I have been to many dealers, but Metro Honda is by far the best place I have ever purchased a car. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I should have just purchased my car here to begin with!!!!I bought my car at Volkswagen dealer in Claremont only 3 weeks ago(wont be returning there e I should have just purchased my car here to begin with!!!!I bought my car at Volkswagen dealer in Claremont only 3 weeks ago(wont be returning there ever)....the car needed repairs and I was told to go to Honda by the Volkswagen dealer. Long story short, Honda staff(mainly service dep.) has went above and beyond for a car they didn't even sell me...Patrick in the service department is absolutely fantastic, I would give 10 stars if possible. I didn't feel any pressure to do repairs . Service reps are very knowledgeable and professional. And very easy to get ahold of. Thank you so much Patrick .I cant wait to pick my car up later today. And hopefully in a year or 2 I will purchase my next vehicle here with peace of mind!!!! More
