A place to go to have your Identity mixed up with another. Had a xxxxing horrible experience after buying my car here at this dealership. Somehow someway these idiots mixed up my information with another customer. I've been getting spammed email with this customers information dated back since May 2016. Been calling, emailing them to get this problem resolve. After many attempts and a bunch of false promises on correcting the issue, I continue on getting emails with this customer's info. Their explanation is that their salesperson or keyboard xxxxxx like to copy & paste information when filing your paperwork so having a mix up here & there are normal. Normal my xxx!!! That's my privacy, that's my infos that are currently mixed up with someone else and that someone else have my infos...etc. If you want your identity mixed up with someone else or even stolen then this is the place to go to. More

Bait and Switch. Sales Tactics.BEWARE! Metro Honda offered that once we return the lease vehicle and get a new lease from them, then, they will cover for the turn-in fee. The only fee I am ONLY responsible for was the excess mileage and I was given an exact amount of $363.75 Whlie still at the dealership, my wife noticed that Metro Honda did not even include such said offer to the Purchase?Lease Agreement. So, she and I, took this to the Finance Manager whom he said that we need to check with the salesrep who handle our transaction. The salesrep looked surprised and said that he will asked his sales manager. Finally, the annoyed sales manager, John Laine, scribbled something on the Leased Vehicle Return Receipt. Last week, we received a surprised bill in the mail from Honda Financial for the following items: 1. Excess Mileage - that's OK we know about this and even match the amount 2. Disposition Fee (Turn - In Fee) - $350.00 - this is now a surprise - called Metro Honda. Even emailed to John Laine 3. Sales Tax and Fees - $57.10 - based on what? This is a surprise. Metro Honda salesrep, Samson Gocela won't comment over the phone. Today, November 29, 2016 - I emailed Metro Honda attention to: John Laine and Samson Gocela. On my email I authorized my wife to deal with both of them. On my email, I also requested that Metro Honda response to me in writing. My wife called Metroi Honda and John Laine never pick up her call. She left a voice message. Later in the afternoon, Samson Gocela, called my wife and told her over the phone that John Laine will mail a payment of $350 to Honda Financial. Where's the proof? Where's the written response or email response? My wife questioned about the $57.10 charges and Samson Gocela cannot answer. Metro Honda Dealership - Montclair, CA .
