Overall experience with Metro Honda I have been with Metro Honda for all my servicing needs since I purchased my HRV from Metro about 3 years ago. I have a great experience when it comes to customer service. Joseph King is my main contact person. He is very kind and courteous, Making sure that customer gets satisfaction they expect. Scheduling is great and even I am late as scheduled, they still meet my expectations, The environment is clean and the main lobby/waiting area is perfect. The service shuttle for customers is great. Always on time. Surely I will recommend Metro Honda. More

I take my car in annually for the usual maintenance as well as if there is a problem. For the last few years my Service Advisor has been Tommy Owen. I can't say enough about him. He is always professional, patient with explaining what was wrong and how all of it works and what all they did to make the repairs. He is very knowledgeable and always kind to me for being an elderly person. I was grateful he was still there as an advisor. Since he is good I was afraid he would be promoted to another position.
