I left Chris a voicemail explaining my situation, what I was looking for, and that I wanted to handle as much of the process as possible through text and email since I was helping a friend's daughter move. From that point on, Chris made everything incredibly smooth. We exchanged multiple texts, spoke just a handful of times on the phone, and had an agreed-upon price in no time. The overall experience was fantastic. Chris was a class act—straightforward, responsive, and professional. I truly hope nothing ever changes with his position at Metro Ford of OKC, but if it ever does, my family will be shopping wherever Chris is. Highly recommend working with him! More

Took my vehicle in for an oil change (I bought it there & get free changes). 6 days later, my vehicle starts leaking oil- not a small leak. After two days of it leaking, not slowing, I took it back in. They get free changes). 6 days later, my vehicle starts leaking oil- not a small leak. After two days of it leaking, not slowing, I took it back in. They said there was nothing wrong with it, that it was residue coming off the splash shield. They allegedly put it on the lift & inspected thoroughly. A couple more days of leaking went by until low oil started showing. Took it back to them & guess what, this time they happened to find a bad seal. Denise was rude, dismissive, & never offered so much as an apology. Nobody apologized. The whole office is genuinely unpleasant. I walked in & nobody greeted me in any way, they all just stared at me. I had to ask who I needed to talk to, was pointed in her direction, as she sat there & continued to stare at me without ever saying a word until “where’s your car?” I will likely be discontinuing my lifetime of free oil changes just to avoid the experience of the service department. It’s sad though, I had a very pleasant experience with the dealership side. Guess that’s why the oil changes are free. More
