Exceeded my expectations, Tony Simone is a brand ambassador! I have been driving the same car for fifteen years and knew it was time to consider a different choice. I went to a sales event in January, test dro I have been driving the same car for fifteen years and knew it was time to consider a different choice. I went to a sales event in January, test drove an Escape and did my research and went to other dealers but returned to Metro Ford because of the great customer service. From April 11, it took just a few days to set up my lease and trade in. Tony Simone guided me to a Ford Escape that matched my driving needs, is a great AWD vehicle and gets great gas mileage. I am so happy and feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders by Tony Simone and Metro Ford. Service and Body Shop I had to get a new door skin put on my 2016 F150 for being hit. Cary Peek the body shop manager took good care of everything including dealing with t I had to get a new door skin put on my 2016 F150 for being hit. Cary Peek the body shop manager took good care of everything including dealing with the insurance company. The body shop did an excellent job fixing it with a polish and cleanup of the truck inside and out. They sent over to service for an oil change and some warranty work that needed to be done. In all, I have been buying vehicles from Metro Ford for 30 years and only use their Service as well. Never had any issues or complaints and if I did they surely would take care of the situation. If you are looking for a great Ford Dealer Metro is the one to go to hands down!!! More

All of the attendants in the service department are great especially Troy and Jay who I have been dealing with t This dealership is right on the ball. All of the attendants in the service department are great especially Troy and Jay who I have been dealing with the most. I have even started taking my mother's and my daughter's car to Metro Ford service now. When I encountered a problem recently it seems like the entire dealership got involved in the resolution and within 24 hours it was resolved to my complete satisfaction. It is refreshing to see service people like Jay and Troy take such concern and care of all of my service needs on our vehicles. They are keepers and deserve a raise ! I only have one suggestion. They should use plastic covers over the vehicles upholstered seats when servicing vehicles. More

Good attitude but service was... ok I got pre apporved for a car note before I went but it still wasn't as smooth as I'd have liked. He didn't have much to say about the car except it was nice and initially claimed there weren't any vehicles there for the price I was looking at. Overall, he added no value. More
