always very courteous and helpful, however in my last discussion concerning a factory recall, I was told that the necessary part was back ordered, ( (I was told the factory would notify me ab in my last discussion concerning a factory recall, I was told that the necessary part was back ordered, ( (I was told the factory would notify me about this). nobody ever got back to me .Some months later, I was at another local dealer and asked about the part. It was ordered and a week later it was fixed. But this fix resulted in some starting issues ( the cure was worse than the disease kind of thing ) related to the fuel flow system., however they fixed this problem immediately , again under warranty. (Perhaps,, Just a little glimmer off of your star) As I know you folks have been very good in the past More

Great team, Quick and easy. New f250 making weird noises I brought my truck in for service to find out why it was making noises that were similar to exhaust leaks.
