From the Time I spoke to Gary in the Body Shop and then Troy in Service, everything was done. They made the arrangements for the vehicle to go from one area to the other, not making me do the work of coordinating everything. Even the loaner car was waiting for me and I was to work on time! Wouldn't think of bringing my car to another dealer or garage for service, not with the experiences at Metro Ford. See you in a few thousand miles for the routine maintenance. More
Financed talked me out of buying car at first Finance would not take no for an answer about warranty so I left and considered buying from another dealer. Factory error repair. Daughter's car had a warning light come on while driving. We dropped it off at Metro.
