Oil change and tire rotation Arrived for 9 am appointment at 8:45, for oil change and tire rotation . Also had them look at drivers seat prematurely wearing. Appointment took longer than expected because they had to send pictures to Ford to get authorization for seat cover replacement . Also the service depot sent me a video of my oil change and tire rotation and checked everything underneath my truck . I thought that was pretty neat. More
