Why was I dissatisfied: The only thing I was NOT satisfied with was having to pay for 24 lug nuts to be replaced!!! The Artist and the Flex: The David Austin Story I had performed a great deal of research online of vehicles for a couple of months. I had found an interest in two cars of the same model which I was interested in at Metro Ford. Upon arrival at the dealership, my mind was 90% made up on what I wanted to purchase. JJ Salerno met us as we were walking into the door and welcomed us warmly. I feel that I received a fair deal on the car that I purchased. I also feel that I received a fair rate on my trade-in. We were assisted through the financing process by JT Tibbits. He was very personable and disarming. Paying for a new vehicle can be the most real and stressful inducing leg of the process. We were made to feel very comfortable throughout that stage by JT. We had scheduled a specific time for the pick-up of the vehicle. On the morning of the scheduled time. I received a phone call from JJ, informing that they would need some more time to have the car ready. I greatly appreciated the consideration of my time, by informing me of this and not having to wait idly for the car in the showroom. The purchasing of my vehicle was a pleasurable experience. I hope, moving forward, that the dealership is able to provide the same level of straight-forwardness and comfort throughout what will hopefully be a continued auto service and maintenance relationship.
